Ways to Apply
Online
Applying online with The Travel Visa Company is the fastest and most cost effective way to submit your application. Simply submit the necessary information before making payment, at which point you will receive instant confirmation, followed by a TVC reference number within 24 hrs, or the next working day if applying over the weekend.
Telephone
We can offer a telephone application service for certain applications. This service carries an additional fee to reflect the additonal adminstration that is neccessary.
If applying over the telephone for multiple travellers, please contact us beforehand so that we can arrange a convenient time. To apply over-the-phone, call us on 01270 904 907.
All of our application packs are available to download at no cost from our website. You can complete and return these application packs either by post or email. If you are unsure which application pack you need, please contact us and we will be happy to email you the relevant application pack that is suited for your travel.
Post
If you do not have an email address, we can post the relevant application pack to you. If you require this service payment will be taken up front, at which point you will receive instant email confirmation with a TVC reference number for your application. The application pack will be posted to you 1st class the same working day.
