When can I apply?

Your Malaysia Digital Arrival Card can only be submitted to the Malaysian authorities once we are within 72 hours of your entry date. Applications can be made to The Travel Visa Company at any time and we will submit your application to the Malaysian authorities once we enter the application window. To avoid any potential postal delays, all issued documents will only be returned via email.

Please note: We are unable to accept applications submitted to us within 5 working days of your entry date into Malaysia.

COPY OF PASSPORT – A copy of the photograph/information page of your passport. Your passport must be valid for the entire duration of your stay in Malaysia.

Failure to provide us with these documents will result in delays with your application. Please be advised that further documentation may be requested during the application process.

This document will be electronically tagged to your passport and does not require you to visit an Embassy or Application Centre. When providing us with a copy of your passport, please make sure you provide a clear scan/photo of the page which shows your information and photo. Do not crop out any details including the machine-readable strip that runs along the bottom of the page as shown below:
