Am I eligible for this visa?

To be eligible for this visa your passport should be valid for your entire length of stay in the USA and have at least two blank visa pages.

This visa is for representatives of the media, including press, radio, film and print industries travelling to the USA temporarily to work in their profession.

Applicants who have previously been arrested, convicted or hold a criminal record are required to disclose an ACRO Police Certificate as part of the process. The Travel Visa Company can obtain the ACRO on your behalf. Click here for further information.

Visa Interview Appointment

This visa application requires all applicants to make a personal appearance at the US Embassy in London. As part of our service, we will arrange this interview for you.

It is strongly advised that applicants do not make any final travel plans until the visa application has been processed and the visa has been issued.

• PHOTOGRAPH - A passport-style photograph, this should be clear and against a white background. If the photo you submit is not suitable we may contact you to ask for another. Please note: this should not be a photograph of the picture in your passport, this should be a recent, separate photograph.
• COPY OF PASSPORT - A copy of the photograph/information page of your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least your entire length of stay in the US.
• INVITATION LETTER - Letter of invitation from a US company detailing your purpose of travel and proposed travel dates. If the nature of the reporting/filming is time sensitive, it is recommended that this is explained in the invitation letter.
• UK COMPANY LETTER - Please provide a letter from your UK employer containing your names, place and date of birth, passport number, length of stay and purpose of travel.

When providing us with a copy of your passport, please make sure you provide a clear scan/photo of the page which shows your information and photo. Do not crop out any details including the machine-readable strip that runs along the bottom of the page as shown below:
