Am I eligible for this visa?

You should only apply for a Tourist eVisa if you're entering by air. If you arrive into Cuba by sea (cruising), you should apply for a Cuba Tourist Card.

To be eligible for this visa your passport should be valid for at least 3 months from your date of departure from Tourist eVisa.

A Cuba Tourist eVisa is only valid for leisure and recreational purposes. It is not valid for any other travel purposes including business travel. If you plan to visit Tourist eVisa for any other purpose, please contact us to discuss your options.

A Cuba Tourist eVisa permits a single entry into Cuba for up to 90 days. Stays can be extended whilst in Cuba for an additional 90 days if required.

This document is not valid for entry into Cuba from or via the United States of America. If your route to Cuba is through or from the USA, please get in touch to discuss your options.

To enter Cuba, you will need to complete an Advance Passenger Information Form (D'VIAJEROS) prior to your arrival. The D'VIAJEROS API form must be completed within two days of your scheduled arrival date and will require you to provide information about your health and customs declarations. While it's the traveller’s responsibility to complete the form, The Travel Visa Company will provide you with a link to the form and step-by-step instructions on how to fill it out when we send you your eVisa approval notification.

• COPY OF PASSPORT - A copy of the photograph/information page of your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of departure from Cuba.

When providing us with a copy of your passport, please make sure you provide a clear scan/photo of the page which shows your information and photo. Do not crop out any details including the machine-readable strip that runs along the bottom of the page as shown below:
