Am I eligible to obtain an Arrival Card?

To be eligible for this Arrival Card your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of arrival in China and have at least 1 blank visa page.

A China Arrival Card can only be submitted to the Chinese authorities once we are winithin 72 hours of your entry date. Applications can be made to The Travel Visa Company at any time, and we will submit your applicaiton to the Chinese authorities once we enter the 72 hours application window.

We will not accept applications submitted to us within 5 working days of your entry date into Indonesia.

COPY OF PASSPORT – A copy of the photograph/information page of your passport. Your passport must have an expiry date of at least 6 months after the date you arrive into China and have 2 blank pages.

Failure to provide us with these documents will result in delays with your application. Please be advised that further documentation may be requested during the application process.

When providing us with a copy of your passport, please make sure you provide a clear scan/photo of the page which shows your information and photo. Do not crop out any details including the machine-readable strip that runs along the bottom of the page as shown below:
